All orders are processed within 3-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 5:00PM will be processed the following business day. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed, but rest assured, we’ll keep you informed.
Our shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on carrier operations or unexpected delays.
We are delighted to offer free shipping on orders over 25 kgs in Wholesale and 5kgs in retail. Shop more and save on shipping!
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress via the carrier’s website.

We are proud to serve customers around the globe! Please note that customs duties, taxes, or other fees for international orders are additional to the product price or shipping fees. Delivery times may also vary depending on customs clearance.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Shrorasri Endeavors, we strive to ensure that our customers have the best possible experience when shopping with us. However, we understand that there may be instances where returns or refunds are necessary. Below, we’ve outlined our policy to make the process simple and clear for you.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The request for a return is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for:

Perishable items such as fresh mushrooms (unless damaged or defective upon arrival).

Products that have been tampered with or used.

Items purchased during clearance sales or with promotional discounts.

Approval: Once we review your request, we will confirm whether your return is eligible. If approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following scenarios:

If the product is out of stock for more than 5 working days after you place your order.

For eligible returns (as outlined above), after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the return is approved.

In some cases, we may offer store credit or a replacement product instead of a refund.
Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item)if/when confirmed after inspection, we will cover the shipping costs.

For other returns (not related to our error), the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
