Reishi Mushroom Herbal Tea

  • Ingredients:

    • 1 tsp Sun-Dried Reishi Mushroom Powder

      The Reishi mushroom, known scientifically as Ganoderma lucidum, is a highly revered fungus in traditional Chinese medicine. It is often referred to as the "mushroom of immortality" due to its numerous health benefits. The sun-dried powder retains the mushroom's potent compounds, including triterpenes, polysaccharides, and peptidoglycans, which are believed to support the immune system, promote relaxation, and enhance overall wellness.

    • 1 cup water

    • 1 cinnamon stick
