Mixed Mushroom Pizza

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Sun-Dried Milky White Mushrooms (rehydrated)
1/2 cup Sun-Dried Oyster Mushrooms (rehydrated)
1/2 cup Sun-Dried Shiitake Mushrooms (rehydrated)
1 pre-made pizza base
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions:
Begin by preheating your oven to 200°C (400°F). This step is crucial for achieving a perfectly baked pizza with a crispy crust.
Spread a generous layer of tomato sauce evenly across the surface of the pizza base. Use the back of a spoon or a spatula to ensure that the sauce reaches the edges, creating a flavorful barrier that keeps the toppings in place.
Carefully distribute the rehydrated mushrooms over the sauce, ensuring that each slice of pizza will have a balanced amount of each variety. Follow this by sprinkling the mozzarella cheese generously over the mushrooms, allowing for an even melt and coverage.
Finally, sprinkle the Italian seasoning evenly across the top of the cheese, adding a fragrant touch that will infuse the entire pizza as it bakes.
